Partnership with Deutsche Bahn: The start of a long-standing partnership with Deutsche Reichsbahn, today Deutsche Bahn, and the continuous development of sleeper and track solutions.
1954
Entering Concrete Sleeper Production: Under Herbert Pfleiderer’s leadership, the first concrete sleepers are manufactured, marking the company’s transformation into a rail infrastructure specialist.
1970
The Success Story of the B 70: With the launch of the B 70, one of Europe’s most successful prestressed concrete sleepers is introduced and becomes the most widely used sleeper in Deutsche Bahn’s network.
1972
The Beginning of Ballastless Track: The first ballastless track system is installed at Rheda-Wiedenbrück station, laying the foundation for the future RHEDA family of systems.
1993-1994
International Expansion of Production: The acquisition and establishment of production sites in Hungary and Spain mark the beginning of RAILONE’s international manufacturing network.
2000
Launch of RHEDA 2000®: With RHEDA 2000®, RAILONE introduces one of the world’s most successful ballastless track systems for high-speed rail applications.
From 2002 Onwards
Contributing to International High-Speed Rail Projects: RAILONE provides solutions for some of the world’s most significant high-speed rail projects, including Taiwan, South Korea, China and the Netherlands.
2014-2019
Global Expansion: New production facilities in the USA, Saudi Arabia, Aschaffenburg and Schwandorf significantly expand the company’s international footprint and manufacturing capacity.

70 Years of Concrete Sleeper Expertise: RAILONE celebrates seven decades of experience in concrete sleeper manufacturing and launches RHEDA 2000® production in Hungary.
